We at Fairbanks Lutheran Church believe as Saint Paul has written that “there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; all are one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:28). As a community of the people of God, we affirm our commitment to openly welcome and value every person regardless of race, national or ethnic origin, age, physical condition, mental or emotional capacity, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or economic situation, and those who suffer from addictions.
We affirm that we are all unique individuals, created by God, in need of God’s forgiveness, and richly blessed by God’s love and mercy.
All persons named and unnamed above are welcome, and all may join the membership of our congregation upon making the same affirmation of faith that all other members make. All are encouraged to share equally in the worship, fellowship, leadership, and general life of this congregation.

Our Mission We are called by God to do His work here in our congregation, our community and the world. We will use our God-given wealth and talents to build a society founded on grace, hope, and justice. Through worship and service, we will be God's servants on earth and share with all humanity the message of love and salvation that we know through the life and teachings of Jesus Christ
"In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him."
